Normal, Active Dogs
For dogs with a normal activity level we recommend feeding around 2% of the dogs body weight per day. For two feedings, cut the amount in half and feed equally at each feeding.
2% of Weight
Vigorous Working Dogs
For working, performance and high activity dogs we recommend feeding 6% of their body weight. For two feedings, cut the amount in half and feed equally at each feeding.
6% of Weight
Puppies up to one Year
Puppies can be fed up to 10% of their body weight. We recommend breaking the daily food amount into 3-4 feedings for puppies. Weigh regularly to maintain growth rates.

We started feeding our beagle Tefco Performance Dog Food a little over a year ago in an attempt to improve her health. After being on a raw diet for just over a week, we were shocked to see that the warts and bad breath were nearly gone. We have so many friends who pay for medication and expensive vet bills for varying ailments that we thought this would be a good investment in our dog’s long-term health.
